The Good Earth Cooking School is located on a fruit farm in the heart of Niagara’s Twenty Valley, a short hour’s journey from Toronto and Buffalo. We invite you to come and enjoy a day with us as we celebrate Niagara’s culinary heritage.

Our programs are designed for people who are unapologetic ‘foodies’ - who enjoy great food and fun. Our classes are designed to celebrate the seasonal bounty of our farms and vineyards. We focus on fruits and vegetables at their height of ripeness and availability. 

Join us for our popular "demo" cooking classes led by some of Niagara’s finest chefs. Gather together a group of friends, colleagues or co-workers and roll up your sleeves for an intensive "hands on" cooking event. If you prefer simply to relax and enjoy a day in the country, come just for the pure fun of it. No matter what you choose to do we guarantee that you’ll enjoy great food, new friendships and lots of fun and laughter!

In the summer months, we move to our popular ‘al fresco’ kitchen. Inspired by the fresh produce from our kitchen garden, menus celebrate the best the season has to offer.  Our chefs create magic under our whimsical awning bordered by our lush gardens, vineyards and orchards. The ‘al fresco’ kitchen is a hit with chefs and participants alike .

We are also pleased to provide private and corporate cooking experiences for those wishing to create something memorable and fun. Our private events are a popular alternative to simply dining in the Niagara area. Corporate groups enjoy the ‘team building’ activities that cooking classes naturally create.
