Spring and summer at The Good Earth are full of colour and flavour. From the orchards in full bloom through to the fruits ripening front and centre. It's a gorgeous time to explore new classes, new events and new friendships. Check out our fabulous line up for Spring and Summer classes with the links to the left.

Class size is limited to 12 individuals and is offered on a first come, first served basis. The cost for our 3-hour demonstration class is $135 per person (plus applicable taxes). The delecTable dinner series was a huge favourite last year, so much so that we are announcing delecTable Series II. Now this is a remake worthy of the title. Four seasonally inspired evenings – plus the addition of a delecTable Spring lunch – featuring multi-course tasting menus that showcase the bounty of a particular season.  Reservations are required.  Space is limited.  Click here for more info .

The cost for our regular 3-hour demonstration classes is $135 per person (plus applicable taxes) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Payment must be made in full before the class starts. Our class size is limited to 12 individuals and they fill up quickly, so register early to avoid disappointment.

To Cancel:
Classes are refundable for credit only, with two weeks notice. Bookings of four or more spaces in one class are non-refundable. The Good Earth Cooking School reserves the right to substitute instructors or to cancel classes with full reimbursement if registration is inadequate.
